What Futigo Dashboard is
Futigo Dashboard is an internal tool used only by Futigo to see how its own Android apps are doing: installs, ratings, reviews, purchases and ad earnings. It is not offered to the public, and only Futigo's own Google accounts sign in to it.
Google data it accesses
When signed in with Google, the dashboard asks for read-only access to AdMob (the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.readonly scope). It reads the AdMob account's apps, ad units and network reports: estimated earnings, impressions, clicks and ad requests per app, ad unit, country and day.
Separately, a Google Cloud service account reads Futigo's Google Play Console reports, reviews and order data. That data is about Futigo's own apps and is aggregated; no personal data about app users is collected beyond what Google Play provides to developers.
How the data is used
The data is used only to show Futigo's own app and ad performance inside the dashboard. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with anyone.
Futigo Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where it is stored
Report data and the sign-in token are stored on Futigo's own machine, in a private database and a private file. Nothing is stored on futigo.io or sent to third parties.
Removing access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the dashboard's database removes all stored report data.
